Want to burn calories quickly? Choose fun and unique ways to burn 100 calories at a time! Burning an extra 100 calories a day can add up to about 10 pounds of weight loss over the course of a year!

Try some of these activities to jump-start your calorie burn

1. Brisk power walk – 15 minutes
2. Moderate-intensity jump roping – 10 minutes
3. Moderate-intensity dancing – 20 minutes
